Reed & Reed has been involved
in the bridge building business since its founding in
1928. Throughout the years we have developed the supervision,
hired the workforce, and acquired the equipment that
it takes to be highly competitive in today’s bridge
construction market.
Our yard has all the temporary material necessary to
build a bridge on land, over rivers, or the ocean. We
have the abilities to build trestles, construct cofferdams,
place concrete, and lift heavy bridge beams as efficiently
as possible. We have built bridges spanning rivers,
highways, and railroads throughout northern New England. Our expertise includes new construction, rehabilitation
work, and specialty work on mechanical bridges. Here
are some examples.
